The (un)retreat™ rhythm: 9am meditation, chai breaks, activities, and chef-prepared group dinners.
Most activities, including meals, are customizable and expertly facilitated. Optional: 3-day, non-residential course at Tushita, in partial silence.
The program is inclusive of breakfast + group meals + lodging + experiences. See Program Fee.
The first few days focus on establishing the (un)retreat™ rhythm, introducing Dharamshala and purposeful service.
Choose option A: In a three-day course with Venerable Wangdu, the cohort will learn secular Buddhist perspectives at Tushita.
Choose option B: Full or multi-day activities, workshops, tours.
Our approach encourages each cohort member to see this not as an end but as a new beginning, a conscious return to their daily lives with new learnings or perspectives.

Begin your day by gently awakening your mind, body, and nervous system with a one hour meditation session, yoga, a morning walk or the practice that feels best for you.
Every day will offer a different afternoon or evening activity to get to know the community through learning and service.

Introductions to different local NGOs and institutions to learn about the Tibetan cause, struggle, and livelihood in exile
